New Employee Account Request Form
When a new employee is hired at Moody, it is the managers responsability to fill out a New Employee Account Request Form (NEARF) two weeks before the employee is set to begin. The NEARF form will provide ITS the information of all of the systems that the new employee needs to access. This allows the new employee to begin their career at Moody at once, rather than gradually and slowly getting access to all systems. A NEARF cannot be submitted until the user has been hired for their new role and set up in HCM by Human Resources.
Instructions:
- Confirm with HR that new employee is active in the HR database.
